| Crisp Sesame Broccoli Ingredients: 1 bunch broccoli (trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces) Directions: Cook broccoli in boiling water until crisp tender. Drain and keep warm. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large skillet and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add broccoli and toss to heat through, but not overcook. Taste for seasoning, correct if necessary and serve immediately. |

Casserole
Ingredients: 3 pounds broccoli, cooked Directions: Mix cooked broccoli, rice, cream of mushroom soup and salt together. Spread mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Arrange sliced cheese on top of mixture. Bake at 350 F until cheese melts. |

Bean & Pasta Salad
ingredients: 4 oz bowtie pasta cooked tender and drained Dressing: 1/4 c white vinegar Directions: In large salad bowl, toss cooled pasta with mandarin oranges and vegetables. In a shaker container combine ingredients for the dressing; shake to mix.Pour dressing over the salad. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
